Botho University (BU) was established in 1997 in Botswana and has rapidly evolved over the years to become a leading multi-disciplinary tertiary education provider spread across 5 countries in Africa, namely Ghana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Botswana and Namibia. In addition Botho University also offers Blended and Distance Learning programmes through the Online Learning campus. All programs offered by Botho University are approved by the respective regulatory bodies in all countries of operation.
Botho University as an institution overall offers qualifications from Certificate to Masters degree levels, with established plans for Doctoral programs in the foreseeable future. The university has over 4500 students and nearly 300 staff members.
